Breakfast is Ready!Starting the first of August we are on site with every guest. Also, we are cooking breakfast! Scott is really
enjoying himself cooking his favorite meal. There's a secret ingredient in the scrambled eggs. My migas were a
big hit a couple of weeks ago. We have installed the kitchen in the Great Hall. It isn't finished but the appliances
are there and it is so convenient. Every guest has had a wonderful time visiting and eating and sharing stories with
us, Please come join us for a carefully, lovingly prepared hill country breakfast.

Running a lodging establishment takes a great deal of time and dedication. It
can often be a twenty-four-hour a day job and customer satisfaction is extremely important.
